Overview
TIMKEN High-Performance Roller Housed Unit Grease is a lithium complex lubricating grease formulated with 100% synthetic hydrocarbon fluids (PAO). This product has been formulated with a special additive package which insures high film strength, extreme pressure (EP), antiwear properties and is compatible with most industrial materials.
TIMKEN High-Performance Roller Housed Unit Grease is designed for roller bearings in housed units used in metals, mining, power generation, lumber, construction, off-highway, cement and other heavy industries.

Product Application
TIMKEN High-Performance Roller Housed Unit Grease can be applied from ambient temperatures of -40° F to +356° F (-40° C to +180° C)depending on lubrication system design and method of application.Synthetic Industrial Grease has an operating temperature range of - 50° F to +356° F (-46° C to +180° C)once in the application.
Caution:
Follow equipment manufacturer’s recommendations concerning lubrication frequencies. Failure to follow correct lubrication practices can result in premature equipment failure.
Compatibility of Grease:
TIMKEN High-Performance Roller Housed Unit Grease is generally compatible with calcium, calcium 12-OH stearate,calcium sulfonate,lithium and lithium-complex thickened greases. Timken recommends that all grease be removed from the application prior to changing greases.Then,the lubrication interval is reduced by half for the first lubrication cycle before resuming the normal lubrication interval.
